How to buy?

Currently all the products of the VIRAL website can be purchased in Spain.

Once you have located the product of your interest, you must identify the model and size or weight and add it to your cart.

In the Customer Registration and in the Purchase Process, the basic data will be requested to proceed with the shipment (Name, Email, Shipping Address and Fiscal Data if invoice is going to be requested), as well as the selection of the shipping form and payment.

The order is terminated at the time the payment is completed successfully. An email is sent confirming the registration as a client and another confirming the order.


VIRAL uses professional photographers and tries to make the colors shown on the web the same as the actual products. Certain factors (screen settings, lights, etc.) can cause the actual color to differ slightly from what the client was displaying.


The weight shown on the VIRAL website corresponds to the weight obtained at the factory once the paddle blade has been completed. There is the possibility of differences in the same between 5-10 gr. depending on the scale used.


For each product the price is always shown in the same currency, Euro (€). This price includes the applicable taxes in each case.


Orders will be paid in the currency shown at the time of finalizing the purchase. If the application of exchange rates is required, these will be set by the bank without any intervention by VIRAL. WARRANTY VIRAL products are produced with careful processes according to the highest quality standards. The terms and conditions of your guarantee will be those applicable in the country in which the sale is made according to current legislation.


VIRAL accepts payment by debit and credit card and PayPal. VIRAL at no time stores data from your card or any other means of payment. The data is provided through an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system and a secure connection between our website and the service provider bank. VIRAL reserves the right to retain any order for security reasons, in which case the affected customer will be informed. It also reserves the right to cancel an order if it considers that the shipping and billing information is not verifiable.


The User may return to VIRAL, free of charge, any product that has a manufacturing defect. Taking into account the nature of the contracted products, the User will have a period of one month in the case of glasses since he became aware of the lack of conformity of the product to communicate to VIRAL his lack of conformity with them. If this period is exceeded, any damages will be assumed by the User.

To formalize the return, the User must contact VIRAL at within the period granted of a month indicating the product or products subject to return, attaching a photograph and a detailed list of the defects appreciated in them.
